Grammar and Tones is just another blog written by another random guy on the internet, who happened to have lived in 10 cities in 5 countries, and travelled to more than 30 countries, and is trying to make sense of all the cultural and linguistics understandings and misunderstandings encountered on the way.

This is not a travel blog, although it is also about travelling. It is about life between the cultures. It is about unexpected twists and turns, about wonderful moments, frightening moments, and sad moments, it is about beginnings and ends, it is about a life where change is the only constant, it is about love (to places and people), it is about finding a home when the very concept of home has lost its meaning, it is about communism and capitalism, and it is about multilingualism, and it is about the difficulties in understanding grammar and tones.
